Denise Lazelle joined the AUSA Advocacy Office in 2007 having worked within the tertiary sector for two years liaising with postgraduate and undergraduate students at Victoria University. She is a trained Mediator with, LEADR- Association of Dispute Resolvers. As disputes regularly occur in life, it is important to know the best way to resolve them quickly and effectively. The Advocacy Service offers a means for students to do this within the University system.

Jade is a fourth year Law (Hons) and Arts student, majoring in Politics and International Relations. She is passionate about human rights and equity, and is also Co-Director of the Equal Justice Project. This is her third year at the Student Advice Hub. She is dedicated to empowering her fellow students to overcome their challenges, and looks forward to helping students this year.

A new team of students is selected each year for the Student Advocacy Network (SAN). These students assist the Advocacy staff to support students to resolve issues and complaints related to academic and personal issues.
